Red is quickly becoming my favourite colour. I love the boldness it portrays. This painting of a shiny red bell reflects and distorts the checkerboard background. The dice it is sitting on echoes the black and red sqares in the background. The roundness of the single bell stands out as everything else in the painting is angular. I need to buy more red paint.
