When something is Avant-Guard it is the latest most cutting edge,up to date and unfortunately soon to be displaced by the next more avant-Guard version. Not so salt, plain everyday, we never talk about it, we take it for granted, salt. We have been aware of it all of our life. It is the things that don't change that keep us centered and grounded. Modern technology is great, until the next breakthrough replaces it. Let us pay a little more attention to that and to those we take for granted for it is the things and people we take for granted that give us the most happiness.
